Had the beginnings of Plantar Fasciitis in both heels and shooting pains up the back of my ankles, I do a lot of walking (about 9km per day)! Orthoflexx Lite inserts are the best
The Orthoflexx Max inserts were a little much and wobbly. I felt afraid of losing my balance. I wanted to return them, but Orthoflexx proposed a different solution. They sent me a pair of Lite inserts to try and keep if both if I wanted. So far, so good. The Lite inserts are great! I'm happy with them.

Finally!! A Painless Day at Work!!!
Immediate relief as soon as I popped out the old orthotics and replaced with the OrthoFlexx inserts. The light arch support insert filled in the needed arch on my casual loafers which went to work immediately. The heavy arch supports slid right into my six inch work boot and changed the day to day experience which had been very tired, painful feet after a long day working construction job sites. I don't suspect the Heavy Arch component of failing anytime in my lifetime or the lifetime of my Thorogood boots. All this just in time for an early Fall that I woke up to this morning. Longer hours and less breaks to water up and sit in the shade. However as long as I'm comfortable on my feet....standing or hoofing around....the whole day goes a lot smoother.

Could not wear them with high arch…
Could not wear them with high arch support so they sent me new ones with the lower arch and I love them. They are really comfortable and help a lot.

My son who is 11 has complete flat foot…
My son who is 11 has complete flat foot and suffers Overpronation. Which was slowing him down with sports. I ordered 3 sets the mid arch support was perfect for him and comfortable. I asked to exchange the 2 other packs of high support and the customer service team were more then helpful sending me 2 new packs of mid support immediately.
