I don't recommend for wide feet
I don't recommend for wide feet. The side of my foot and my pinky toe hang off the edge. I can feel it and its annoying. Because of the bulk, my shoes are now too small. I have to buy a larger size shoe

My knee pain is gone!
I walk 3 miles most mornings and began having knee pain, especially in my left knee. I read that as we age the arch in our feet begins to collapse which throws off our alignment up the leg all the way to our back. MRI showed only arthritis in my knees.
