They are great insoles. Very comfortable. My only complaint would be that they are quite thick so they take up a lot of room in the shoe.

I don't recommend for wide feet. The side of my foot and my pinky toe hang off the edge. I can feel it and its annoying. Because of the bulk, my shoes are now too small. I have to buy a larger size shoe
