step 1.webp__PID:141ca84e-bbaa-4e7c-b8ee-e185f673d7051

Start by finding the insoles inside your shoes. Many of these can be taken out. If you can, gently remove them and use them as a guide when fitting your new orthotics.

step 2.webp__PID:bbcea5c0-fa02-43e5-a410-e514e57f77992

Next, position your new orthotics inside the shoe with the fabric side facing upwards. This will allow you to assess the initial size compatibility with your shoe.

step 3.webp__PID:a5c0fa02-93e5-4410-a514-e57f7799eaab3

If the new orthotics are larger than your shoe, lay the removed insoles on top of them to serve as a trimming guide. Align the heels of both the old insole and the new orthotics for an accurate comparison, then gradually trim them.

Make sure your orthotics are flat in your shoe, especially in the toe area. Trim as needed, using the original insoles as a guide. Remember, you can always trim more later if needed, but you can't add material once it's removed.

Included in your package is a special gift - a pair of Achilles cushions. Just peel off the sticker and place them in your shoes. They'll shield your heels from blisters and rubbing, making every step even more comfortable.

4 steps to adapt to your new insoles

As our feet are often accustomed to flat shoes and insoles, it might take some time to adapt to new arch support insoles, especially if it's your first time wearing them.

1

Gradual Use

Start by wearing the insoles for a short period each day and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.

2

Initial Discomfort

It's normal to experience some discomfort or soreness as your feet adjust to the new support. This should subside after a few days.

3

Proper Fit

Ensure the insoles are properly fitted to your shoes and feet. Improper fit can lead to discomfort and reduced effectiveness.

4

Listen to Your Body

After a few days, if you experience severe pain or persistent discomfort, it might be a sign that the insoles are not the right fit for you. It's always a good idea to seek advice from a healthcare professional.
