I honestly do recommend this product.
I got into a car accident in 2018 and have had foot problems (plantar fasciitis) ever since. Very sturdy arch support.

I don't recommend for wide feet. The side of my foot and my pinky toe hang off the edge. I can feel it and its annoying. Because of the bulk, my shoes are now too small. I have to buy a larger size shoe
