I honestly do recommend this product.
I got into a car accident in 2018 and have had foot problems (plantar fasciitis) ever since. I've tried medical orthotic inserts, cheap rollers to roll my feet, expensive sonic rollers, etc. Then I saw the ad for Orthoflexx and saw that the arch was stiff and supportive. Simple, effective support!

I don't recommend for wide feet. The side of my foot and my pinky toe hang off the edge. I can feel it and its annoying. Because of the bulk, my shoes are now too small. I have to buy a larger size shoe
